The teams involved in data management and processing joined the starting blocks during a workshop held at INRAE in Nouzilly (France) on 13 and 14 November.
During these 2 productive days, 21 participants took up the challenge of harmonizing and centralizing all data related to the one quality of milk, beef and chicken meat into unique databases.
The methodologies for modelling the relationships between animal husbandry and product quality traits and for the development of multicriteria scoring tools have been approved.
They will allow to find out the best innovative practices combining the high quality of products to the sustainability of production.
