We introduce to you the WP3 Leader!
Fenja Klevenhusen is a researcher at the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) in Berlin. She studied Agricultural Biology and is an expert in animal nutrition. Her specialty is dairy cows.
“I am excited to be part of INTAQT and the discussions with agri-food chain actors including farmers and consumers. I am especially interested in improving synergies between sustainability of animal production and product quality. In WP3 we will analyse samples from a large range of husbandry systems from extensive to intensive across representative regions in Europe for the three aspects of intrinsic product quality: food safety, nutritional value and sensorial features.” – Fenja Klevenhusen
