Massimo De Marchi – Università di Padova is a full professor at the Università degli Studi di Padova with more than 15 years expertise in the field of Animal and Food Science, as well as the President of Study Commission of Cattle in EAAP. His specialty is cattle and the application of infrared technologies to predict novel traits in beef and dairy products. “I am pleased to be WP4 Leader in INTAQT and to face new challenges able to provide new tools for predicting intrinsic quality traits on animal products with low-cost and rapid methods, as well as to assess the sustainability of their production. This is a key aspect to help consumers to trust the claims producers use in their labelling.” – Massimo de Marchi
