INTAQT presents a poster at the 69^th ICoMST in Padova, Italy!

The 69^th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) took place from the 20^th to the 25^th of August, 2023, in Padova, Italy. This year, the theme was “From Tradition to Green Innovation”.

As according to its welcome message “ICoMST hosts several organizations from over 55 countries embodying the collaboration of the brightest minds in meat science, research and innovation. Renowned scientists, researchers, and scholars will present advanced research works, discuss hot topics in the field, exchange ideas and share their experiences on all aspects of Meat Science and Technology.”

The INTAQT project was represented by our partners from the University of Gent, with an abstract and poster titled “Colour, Lipid and Protein Oxidation in Breast and Thigh Meat of Broilers Raised in Four Production Systems in Belgium” by authors Zeshan Ali, Eline Kowalski and Stefaan De Smet.
