From May 14th to 16th, INTAQT partners gathered in Reggio Emilia for their third general meeting, hosted at the prestigious Parmigiano Reggiano facilities. This three-day meetig was marked by insightful presentations, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities, fostering collaboration and driving the project forward.
Day 1: Insightful Presentations and Dynamic Workshops
The meeting begun with a series of presentations by WP Leaders, who provided an overview of the project’s progress, upcoming steps, and the challenges faced so far. This was followed by a series of engaging workshops:
The day concluded with a networking session, allowing participants to collaborate and exchange ideas in a more informal setting.

After lunch, participants had the opportunity to engage in informal discussions and networking sessions, fostering collaboration on defining the next steps and consolidating their plans. The day ended with each WP Leader presenting their proposed next steps and an insightful video from the Parmigiano Reggiano consortium, offering a deeper understanding of its rich history.
Day 3: Visit to Castagnetti Farm and Caseificio Castellazzo
The final day provided INTAQT partners with the incredible opportunity to visit Castagnetti farm and Caseificio Castellazzo.
